There have been a lot of exciting things for the Limestone® Boats brand lately and we wanted to share some of that with you, our loyal customers! We know that boating season is just around the corner, and we cannot wait to see you out on the water in your Limestone®. Within this email you can find a list of our upcoming events, a new model update, information on our electric vehicle partnership with Vision Marine Technologies as well as boating tips and tricks for maintaining your Limestone® this boating season. The new Limestone® L-200R Runabout was recently unveiled at the Chesapeake Bay Boat Show. The L-200R is the second 20-foot model to be debuted in the Limestone® lineup, along with the L-200CC Center Console.
The L-200R is a 20-foot runabout that features two generous back-to-back seats, a full bench seat with ample storage underneath and a portside synthetic teak swim platform with a telescoping boarding ladder. Additional standard features include a foredeck anchor locker, USB outlets, hydraulic tilt steering, under gunwale storage, an automatic electric bilge pump and a glass windshield with a painted frame and two opening side vents…just to name a few.
The L-200R also offers additional options such as synthetic teak decking, a removable synthetic teak cockpit table, raw water washdown, fresh water shower, electric trim tabs with an indicator, docking lights and much more.
You can escape the hustle and bustle of life and set a new course for adventure aboard our L-200R Runabout.

Electricity Is In The Air
|
Our electric vehicle partnership with Vision Marine Technologies provides us the opportunity to bring groundbreaking performance, run times, and cruising speeds to market sought after by big water boaters. Sea trials of the electric outboard system will be underway soon and our plan is to offer our current conventional outboard powered 21’ to 29’ Limestone® models with single or twin-180 HP electric outboard options in Fall 2022. CARING FOR STAINLESS STEEL
Proper maintenance of your Limestone® is an important factor in boat ownership. You will want to keep your boat’s stainless steel trim and fittings clean to minimize oxidation and corrosion. You can do this by frequently washing your boat’s stainless steel with mild soap and rinsing thoroughly with fresh water. Once you’ve dried it, coat it with a marine grade wax to keep that stainless finish shining! Happy Boating!

PROTECTING YOUR UPHOLSTERY
Over time (and lots of boating adventures) your boat's upholstery may experience a buildup of dust, grime, debris, mold, and mildew if it is left untreated for too long. When cleaning your boat’s upholstery, avoid using chlorine-based solutions or household cleaning products (i.e. soap, detergents, bleach). These chemicals can strip away the upholstery’s top protective coating. Be sure to use cleaning solutions specifically designed for marine applications!
